Question of car rental. 19 years driver?

My girlfriend, a friend and I drove my car girlfriends PA South Carolina to visit his father and his brother. This is a 600 mile trip. While there, his car was hit by a drunk driver and almost reached (folded rear axle). We need to return to SC before Christmas, but now have no way of. The drunk driver was not insured if we are unable to get a house rent-free. So my question is: How can I get a rental house? He only needs to be one day. I had my license since I was 15. I know that most companies do not rent in 25 years and I fully understand why. But is there a way for my mother to call and rent a car to pick me? Or dad can go with us to rent here or should it be there when we return? I understand if I drive the rental insurance would be void and I'm not too worried. Just a kind of advice would be helpful. Thank you.

No one can call and get a car for you ... you must be and must be a registered driver to drive the rental car. Now you're back where you started. See the bus or train for a way home. Good luck.
