How do you discuss a life insurance policy with your grandparent?

Question by alicia: How do you discuss a life insurance policy with your grandparent?
My grandmother is almost sixty years and she does not have a life insurance policy. We were talking and I asked her what she had in place in case of a situation. She said nothing. Her plan is for us to sell her house and split the money.

That's a touchy subject but you should point out to her that a life insurance policy is there in case she dies and will cover the costs of any burden you will have to put out to cover her death taxes and funeral costs. I assume she doesn't have a will either so that would be even more costly to you because her estate will have to go through probate court before it's released to her heirs. Remember, you are taxed the most when you are dead.

Will GOP Show Up To Discuss Health Care With Obama?

President Barack Obama used his weekly address to call on Democratic and Republican leaders to attend next weeks health care meeting in good faith to find reforms that work for American families and small businesses. With several health insurance companies announcing steep hikes in their rates from 10 to over 30 percent it is clear that the status quo, while good for the insurance industry, is bad for the American people. After a year of exhaustive debate, it is time to move forward on reform. Video from the White House Distributed by Tubemogul.

What happens if you're about 10 days late in paying insurance for your car?

The school is about to start and I have an insurance payment coming on the same week I needed more money to pay for school supplies, including calculators graph that costs more than $ 100. If I spend this money, I will not be able to afford auto insurance until the following week and i may be 7-10 days failed to pay their car insurance. Does anything bad happen if I am late?

they could cancel your contract but you should contact them on their policy on this subject. Some places allow extra time for a small fee.
