you will need to call the insurance companies in your area and get quotes ... sometimes you can get quotes online ... the cheapest would be the bare minimum the state requires for coverages ...

    im not sure where you live, but safe auto is the cheapest out here by me in illinois/indiana/wisconsin.

    liability should run the same no matter where you get it. the state sets liability rates so its the same with every company. each company CAN however surcharge for things such as time you have been licensed, etc… call an independent agent in your area and let them quote for you. they write for a lot of companies and can find the one best suited for your needs.
