What insurance do I need to supply a food product to a store?

Question by Memu Jamu: What insurance do I need to supply a food product to a store?
I have been told that i need different types of insurance to supply coffee/tea to a store. Somethings that have crossed my path are bonding, liability insurance. Can someone explain this to me please?

product liability insurance

if someone gets sick from your product or dies from it, the store does not take responsibility, you do. since you don’t want to loose all your assets (home, etc) you need the insurance
