   Wiener made a great point about you and me having to pay for everyone else who doesn’t have insurance anyway. That what when o’reilly decided to ask that other stupid question about who comes after those people that don’t pay.

    Weiner did very well but everyone seems to be missing the point here. You will be issued a fine if you do not have some form of health insurance. The key question is what will happen to you if you refuse to pay the fine, which will of course result in incarceration. Does the government have the right to put you in jail because you won’t do something? It’s not who gives the fine, but what happens if you won’t pay it.
