I had a total of 2 speeding tickets I got dropped. But I also had 2 accidents. One wasnt my fault and the other one was my fault. Just not really sure what to do, so even the tickets I did get dropped I still put them in the quote. But do I really have to?

If you got something dropped, as far as the law is concerned it was never there. If you claim tickets that you aren't responsible for you just lose money for nothing.
I also don't think your insurers will care to know that you had accidents where you haven't claimed.
All that they should care about is what you claimed.
