inheritance issues, everybody?

My mother (may she rest in peace) died 2 weeks ago and left a Will, behind which I have not watched yet. Its with my aunt and she told me that I inherited more than 90% of his posse (which includes money, jewelry, cars and other things - all of which come to $ 300,000, if not more). My mother was still married when she died and the man (my stepfather) is still alive. They both share the house where they lived, which means that my mother has 50% of it. This is not included in the 300K but I do not know how to talk to him about it and I do not live with them. Should I sell? I'm only 20 and I've never had to handle such a responsibility. Oh and the other 10% goes to the grandmother who lives with my uncle. In addition, before a diagnosis of breast cancer, my mother had life insurance ... I have not heard anything from them yet, but I think they contact me anyway because I do not live with her (I live on ground). What should I do about his life? She died of breast cancer! Can someone pls help

you should not put out but what I should do, depending on your relationship w / him, talk to him and let him know the facts. if you are a mother does not leave much for him then I would say you give up certain property
