Pregnant friend ... Rest in bed ... no school, no money! Ohio?

My friends fiance is 19 weeks pregnant and they are now on full bed rest until she gives birth. Shes only 18 years old and still a senior in high school but she lives with her fiance. The problem is that he works a minimum wage job and is not authorized by working more .. Her doctor advised not to go to school too. We are looking into online education through its school. The problem is that we have no money for a computer and we do not know what programs would help us to get a computer so she can do her schoolwork at home. Is there any kind of help agencies female or something in Ohio that anyone knows that may be able to help? Or do u think is something with State insurance or the money we could get?
