It was a council house. I bought and paid for it as an investment more than 15 years ago as they did not .. the.deeds are in my name ... She never paid me a penny of rent. My sister and her family then moved in with TTWO her years ago .. Against my will .. I got a lease for my sister and I know i cannot trust her, and just as I did as well she didn't pay her rent for two months and now I got a possession order placed on her. My brother has been in contact and says the mother is an occupier and can have anyone they want to live there rent free and I can not do anything about it. They say she is a third person ... I've never had a say in whats going in my home or who lives there. My brothers and has lived there so my sister once before, when her marriage failed, she bought an apartment he then sold and moved with Mom ..... Can they do this to me. Im paying all insurance on the building, the boiler, security certificates and I get no money in return ... im being treated like a cup

Your mom is an occupier, but this does not mean she or anyone else who lives there with her is not liable to pay rent and council tax .. However, if you chose to sell the home they all have to leave .. Since you seem to have a relationship very closely with them, take them to court .............
