My billing service sent my psychiatrist (2) bills for the treatment of my employer, is also civil society?
My psychiatrist said she had an employee who works against her and terminated her employment. This is why the billing information can not correct. My psychiatrist also told me that the only bill represents a diagnosis of depression with possible attention deficit disorder in adults. The claims were sent to the headquarters of the company where I work and my employer happens to be a health insurance company and although there are mostly managers, administrators and nurses he pretty much everyone knows what the ICD-9 codes. My thought is that kind of policy and the procedure does the billing department have to enter the name of the employer and the insurance company name on the HCFA 1500? Is it the policy of using one or both? I filed a civil rights complaint against the psychiatrist and the billing department.
If you can show that you suffered loss of driving the psychiatrist file a complaint in court. This is more serious than a case of discrimination.
