Insurance is up in 4 days I have made a claim. Can I still switch insurance companies?

I have full coverage insurance in the state of Massachusetts, my insurance policy expires in about four days, I intended to pass to Progressive but someone just took the hell out of my 2008 Highlander, then I get insurance to fix it and still go Progressive?
