Question by Al Rozz: If you have liability insurance with uninsured motorist?
Your vehicle is reported stolen and wrecked, can you recover any damages from insurance coberage only being liability?

i dont think so. liability insurance w/ uninsured motorists are for the people you hit. ask your insurance agent if you have theft coverage.

  1. No, that type of loss would be covered under fire, theft, collision coverage. Obviously you don’t know who stole and wrecked your vehicle, so how can you say they have no insurance to collect under uninsured motorist?
