The class is a pilot class for 8 weeks. I need liability insurance to teach the class.

Plan on paying $ 1,000 for that insurance.

Still want it? If so, you can talk to any local (local to you) independent agent, who can put it out to market. Keep in mind, you can't get payments on it, so you pay for the insurance for a full year, up front. If you cancel early, you don't get any money back.

Start with the guy that does your car or house insurance - if they can't put this out to bid, ask them for a referral to a local agent, who can.
