Your local insurance agencies should have Contractor Insurance information. It is not cheap! You said you are looking for insurance for the contractor? They need to be insured, not you.

Most small contractors are stuck with the “surplus lines” market these days. The insurance industry is terrified of construction defects claims and mold claims, so the garden variety insurers have shut off small contractors.
Tradesmen are another story. Electricians, plumbers, and other “specialists” are still welcome in the standard market.

Contact your Ins. Agent..If he/she does not deal with commercial policies, he/she should be able to refer you to an agent who does.
