How do I the fewer trips? the car is in Wilmington, NC. I need to get to Jacksonville, NC. IM in the army, can I use my military ID, insurance card, and my new car title?? DMV-NC is worthless, no help. I do not want to go to Wilmington (get the title and deed sales), return to J-town (registration and obtain license plates), then return to Wilmington to pick it up and push the house .... is the only how ??????????????? HEEEEEEEEELP!

I would call the DMV office of Federal, because this issue involves two or more States, it becomse Federal, contact an answer wait for an hour or two and call to ask again about another person you ask the same question to be sure of the correct answer. I also believe that the DMV will mail the tags and asked if these contacts on this subject. Hope this helps
