What are the advantages and disadvantages of insurance to a conventional car with a standard media such as State Farm?

I Mustang 1962, I do not usually drive. I want to buy insurance, but was told that I should go around my career standard exisitng. I heard from friends that I can get a premium much lower carrier "specialty". Any thoughts?

My 68 Mustang is $ 120 every 6 months with State Farm (yes full coverage) and is provided for my appraised value of 23000. It does not seem to be much room there for save. And so State Farm is a declared value of classic cars.
