   @scott71785 Well the judge asked him a question first, why didn’t he answer that??? If this retard had just said “not guilty” and then when it was his turn to speak, challenged the jurisdiction of the court, none of this stupidity would have happened. If freestaters had some sort of people skills, they would find that they could make their point more easily and even perhaps win from time to time as opposed to perpetual losing.

   For and on the record the judge has declared the defendant not guilty. You do realize that you can only declare isr. Not enter a plea on my behalf if so you must recuse yourself as you are acting as my attorney.

   Damn i thought that the People were the government! Why do so called judges always say that the court is theirs. i think that any and all OFFICIALS acting in this manner should be DELETED! courts are a FUCKING JOKE! they break law to enforce it! LAW seems to only be concerned with PROFIT PROPERTY and ABSOLUTE CONTROL. ITS ALL MISDIRECTION AND BULLSHIT.

   The act is all for show… a ‘regulated procedure’ these administrators do ritualistically.
   Literally, it is an occult Saturnian ritual, it is why they wear black robes.
   If you know how, you can for sure ‘discharge’ alot through mail correspondence.
   But don’t expect to learn anything useful like that in college, they don’t want anyone to know this stuff.
   Dumber sheep are easier to kick around, the smarter ones bite.

   I find this attitude particularly prominent in municipal court judges. They don’t have the knowledge and/or just want you to cooperate like everybody else so that their system can keep rolling smoothly and business stays regular. When someone like this comes along it really just fucks up their day. Another alternative is that I believe it is possible to handle all of this outside the courtroom, administratively.

    @TimJSwan89 Exactly. You have to be a legal agent of your all capitol letter fiction or your name in all capitol letters. This will take about 3 months to do. You can say something along the lines of “Your honor I shall give you my name upon proof of claim that you have established jurisdiction over the matter pending.” That means I will do what asked to do but on my terms, therefore you are not dishonoring or arguing with the court.     Isn’t it technically not considered driving unless you are doing something commercial? It is called operating if it was his own personal vehicle. If he wouldn’t have touched the door to the defendant podium or stated that his name was the corporate name on the paper then he wouldn’t have given over his jurisdiction, right? Basic human rights allow you to settle outside of court, operate a personal vehicle without licensing it and not purchase insurance, right?

    probably should lead the judge less and let judge step into shit , should have not refuese attorney, just respectfull state that you cannot pay for attorney. they will attempt to appoint indigent defender, none are qualified. ask for recess to interview and spend 15 minutes interviewing. ask how many cases attorney participated, how many won, years paracticing, etc. etc. none can pass qualifications then return to court inform judge of disqualification, second appointment will be likewise
