auto insurance and credit score

The auto insurance companies charge more for women candidates at the head of household?

My husband and I were looking for car insurance news. I have a better credit score, and have never had a single traffic problem. My husband had an accident in February and its credit rating is lower. We both have the same amount of money, so I do not understand why the insurance companies quote higher amounts when I'm first. I do research online. Geico has been one that has almost doubled in price for me to my husband. I started with him being the principal applicant's spouse and me. I then tried with me being the principal applicant and that he is the spouse. The cars listed and all other information was the same. This is not fair at all. Come on people, read the question. I seek not for cheaper insurance, I wonder why I am being charged more than my husband for the same vehicles.

No, they do not load more women heads of household. It will be based on your credit score - and if you are married for some time, it will not be much difference in your score. It Will also be based on drivers, and points will be on two quotations. The difference is, most likely, some companies are running credit ratings and reports to the VCR before. Some will not. There is no guarantee that these quotes you get, will stick.
