1st Cop Stop on Florida J4J Medical Cannabis 2000, Day 2
With awesome In-Cops-Face video by Merli the Doobie Tosser, the Medical Marijuana patients on the 3rd Journey for Justice have 1st police harrassment on Day 1. Then Day 2 dawns as the Journey rolls into Lake City, triggering another police stop/ networking opportunity at the mall. The patient at the beginning is Eddie Smith, from Kentucky. At the time of the journey, he had AIDS and a brain tumor. I remember the day he told me what a special day it was, with love for all humankind in his eyes. He went on the Texas J4J later in 2000. Eddie Smith passed on in 2003. We hope to have more about him and other friends on the Journey soon.

At 4:20 PM everyone purchase some “legal bud” (google it) or rolling tobacco, make your cigarettes look like a joint and then smoke them on the street. Carry signs saying “Its 420!” or “Its cannibis day!” Go out and smoke your “joints” on the street every day at 4:20 PM for a whole week. Cops can’t do anything.
WHY? Legal bud has no THC, but smells exactly like Cannibis. Go ahead and smoke that “joint” in a public location.

Omen4500 you say hippies like its a bad thing! You must be too young to know . Hippies were the only ones who had the balls to stand up for injustice. They didn’t play it on video games, they lived it . For the freedom you have today, thank a hippie !

“Not in an area adjacent to a state prison” What a crock. He most likely made up the “20 feet” rule as well. But, I really urge everyone to try to do what I do. Often, it’s better to record secretly, IF YOU ARE PRETTY CERTAIN OF GETTING AWAY WITH IT. Since this was in public, in my state you can secretly record it. Doesn’t mean the cops wont’ try to stop you, usually with lies, sometimes with force too.

very good job guys. the cops aren’t allowed to force you to back up like he did. he can’t touch your camera because he doesn’t want to be filmed. he accepts the possibility of being filmed anytime he is working in an official fashion.

This is what it’s all about. Unless we stand against the fray, the powers that be will continue to win and those without a voice will continue to suffer. We love you, Kay Lee. Keep up the great work, Mingo! Mark
